	We are growing. In the medium term we expect our law firm to have around 50 attorneys. The ratio between partners and associates of nearly 1:1 at present shows our very personal approach in advising our clients. We are determined to maintain a ratio between partners and associates of 1:1 in the future. Only in transaction- driven mandates it may be up to 1:2.
